The Money Is Coming Marketing, operated by Winners, LLC, offers various copywriting services. Once purchased, services cannot be canceled, and all fees and recurring payments are non-refundable.

 

Orders must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all payments.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our guidelines and corporate policy. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

 

 

Upon completion of the project and payment, copyright ownership of published content (e.g., text produced) transfers to the client.

 

 

Our operating hours are as follows:

 

- Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. EDT – 4 p.m. EDT

- Friday: 9 a.m. EDT – 11:30 a.m. EDT

- Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: CLOSED

 

Our office is closed during (but not limited to) the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Easter (observed on Good Friday), Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Day After Thanksgiving (Black Friday), the last ten (10) days of December (including Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve) and the first full week of January (including New Year's Day).

Holiday list is subject to change with notice.

 

 

Content delivery times for limited-time offers may vary and are subject to change.

 

 

One rewrite is offered at no charge if the guidance provided in your creative brief is misunderstood. Requests must be made in writing via email within 7 business days of receiving the original content.

 

 

We do not guarantee ad approvals or performance as several factors contribute to ad success beyond ad copy.

 

 

We do not provide layout or page design suggestions for any writing services.

 

 

Multi-orders are non-transferrable and may not be resold.

 

 

Retainer services require a 3-month commitment and are billed monthly. Unused content allowances are not carried over. Cancellations require a 15-day advance notice in writing.

 

 

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from the first full business day after we receive your completed Creative Brief. Faster delivery options are available at an additional cost. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
