PROJECT DETAILS
For the purposes of this agreement, I am the "Writer" and you are the "Author."
- The total ghostwriting Project fee is $35,000, less any applicable deposit, which includes all writing services to be provided by Writer.
- The Author’s initial deposit, made on June 18, 2025, activates this agreement and secures a guaranteed place in the Writer’s project timeline.
PAYMENT TERMS
The remaining balance shall be paid in full within the selected installment period (up to 12 months) from the date of the initial payment (June 18, 2025), unless Author elects to use the extended financing option.
The author may opt for flexible financing with a longer payment term of up to 36 months and lower monthly installments, subject to approval. If this option is selected, a separate financing agreement will outline the full terms.
Regardless of the payment option selected, the author agrees to pay a minimum of $2,500 monthly beginning July 18, 2025, until the balance is paid in full.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The Project must be initiated within three (3) months from the date of the initial payment.
The actual writing shall take place at a time agreed upon by both Author and Writer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All payments made by the Author to the Writer are non-refundable.
2. If Author chooses to cancel the Project before its completion, Author will still be responsible for the full amount of the Project cost, less any amounts paid by Author up to the date of the cancellation.
3. Failure to make the agreed-upon monthly minimum payment will be considered a cancellation of the Project.
If the Author chooses to cancel the Project before completion, or fails to meet the monthly payment obligation, the full Project investment becomes immediately due and payable, less any payments already made.
Any existing agreements, guarantees, or service commitments will become null and void upon cancellation or default.
NEXT STEPS
1. A formal ghostwriting agreement will be emailed for signing after completion of initial payment.
2. Author will be added to writer's current ghostwriting queue. An official start date will be set within 7 days of the signed agreement.
