PROJECT DETAILS

For the purposes of this agreement, I am the "Writer"and you are the "Author."

1. The total collaborative Project cost is $35,000, less any applicable discounts, which includes all writing services to be provided by Writer.
2. Author's initial deposit activates the agreement between Author and Writer.
3. Author agrees to pay a minimum of $1749 monthly as of November 1, 2023.
4. The remaining balance shall be paid in full within the selected installment period (three to six months) from the date of the initial payment.
5. The actual writing shall take place at a time agreed upon by both Author and Writer.

PROJECT TIMELINE

The Project must be initiated within six (6) months from the date of the initial payment or November 1, 2023, whichever is first.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All payments made by the Author to the Writer are non-refundable.

2. If Author chooses to cancel the Project before its completion, Author will still be responsible for the full amount of the Project cost, less any amounts paid by Author up to the date of the cancellation.

Failure to meet the monthly minimum payment will constitute a cancellation. If Author chooses to cancel the Project before its completion, or if author fails to complete the monthly minimum payment, Author will be responsible for the full amount of the Project investment and will  due and payable at cancellation, less any amounts paid by Author up to the date of the cancellation. Any existing  agreements or guarantee provided shall be null and void.

NEXT STEPS

1. A formal collaborative agreement will be emailed for signing upon completion of initial payment.

2. Author will be re-added to writer's current collaborative queue.
