PROJECT DETAILS

1. The total Project cost is $55,000, which includes all writing services to be provided by Writer.
2. Author has made an initial deposit of $5,500, which is non-refundable and activates the agreement between Author and Writer.
3. At Author's request, Author agrees to pay a minimum of $3500 monthly as of April 26, 2023.
4. The remaining balance of $49,500 shall be paid in full within twelve (12) months from the date of this Agreement (April 26, 2023).
5. The actual writing shall take place at a time agreed upon by both Author and Writer.

PROJECT TIMELINE

The Project must be initiated within eighteen (18) months from the date of this Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All payments made by the Author to the Writer are non-refundable.

2. If Author chooses to cancel the Project before its completion, Author will still be responsible for the full amount of the Project cost, less any amounts paid by Author up to the date of the cancellation.
